EDUCATOR AND AUTHOR, PROFESSOR BAYYINAH BELLO CORDIALLY INVITES YOU TO HER UPCOMING GROUNDING AND BOOK SIGNING AT WESTVIEW MAKERS, 1554 RALPH DAVID ABERNATHY BLVD ATLANTA, GA 30310

Professor Bello will be featuring her book "SHEROES of the Haitian Revolution ."

Professor Bello offers biographies of ten women that are often left out of "his story" books but played a significant role in the independence of Ayiti (Haiti), the first independent black nation in the Americas. The book also features jaw-dropping illustrations from Haitian artist Kervin Andre (@akomicsart).

Heroes such as Makandal, Boukman, Cecile Fatimah and his signature book, Haiti: The First Black Republic.

This is an African community crowdsourcing event, please forward this invitation to individuals who are part of the African community and would like to join us under the Boabab at Westview Makers.

The community investment fee of $30 (per household) includes a signed copy of Sheroes and light refreshments.
